New Delhi ; The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives due to heavy rain and lightning in several parts of the states of Bihar and UP.

Due to thunderstorm, lightning 92 people have died in various districts of Bihar and 24 people lost their lives in Uttar Pradesh.
