Chandigarh: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan felicitated 14-year-old Gurseerat Kaur, a student of Mount Carmel School, Sector 47, Chandigarh, for her exceptional achievement in the Asian School Boxing Championship. Held at Abu Dhabi, UAE, from August 28 to September 10, 2024, Gurseerat clinched the Gold Medal, showcasing her remarkable boxing skills.

This victory comes on the heels of her impressive performance in the ASBC Asian Junior & Schoolboys & Schoolgirls Boxing Championship trials held in Rohtak, Haryana, from August 8-11, where she secured the first position.
