New Delhi : Suddenly Rahul Gandhi reached Kedarnath Dham on his spiritual journey. Former National President of Congress Rahul Gandhi had darshan and worship of Baba Kedarnath on Sunday morning. It is being told that Rahul Gandhi will remain in solitary confinement in Kedarnath Dham for the next three days. No one was informed about his journey or visit in advance.
After getting down from the helicopter, Rahul Gandhi folded his hands and took blessings from Priest of Baba Kedarnath, after which he also performed puja. Congress officials including priests were also present to welcome Rahul Gandhi. Here Rahul Gandhi also met priests and other people. Rahul Gandhi can also spend time in the meditation hut built on the banks of Mandakini river, located at a distance of about one and a half kilometers from Kedarpuri. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also meditated in this hut.
Uttarakhand State Congress President Karan Mehra has also made a request to the workers and he wrote on social media that let Rahul Gandhi complete his journey in solitude and in the company of GOD. Even after the disaster in Kedarnath Dham in 2013, former National President of Congress Rahul Gandhi had visited there. Then he had undertaken a pilgrimage on foot to Kedarnath Dham. No information or instructions was given neither from AICC nor from Rahul Gandhi’s office regarding this visit. A leader of Uttarakhand Congress shared this information as his personal capacity of the spiritual journey of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
