Several high profile officers in Haryana either trapped or on ACB radar

Earlier, action was being taken by Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Haryana state against large number of employees working in government offices in the state allegedly involved in corrupt practices. Alok Mittal, Additional Director General Police also chief of ACB and CID Haryana state told that on getting green signal from Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lak Khatter the Bureau has started campaign against senior officers in the state allegedly involved in corrupt practices and there is a long list of such officers either facing investigation in corruption cases against them by ACB including nearly six bureaucrats of IAS rank against whom corrution charges have already been framed and there is a long list of those senior officers allegedly involved in corrupt practices on ACB radar likely to face action in the near future.    
Among those senior IAS bureaucrats facing corruption charges against them at preent include the names of Vijay Dahiya an IAS officer formely working in Haryana Kaushal Vikas Nigam presently went underground when ACB framed charges against him, Another IAS officer Dharminder Singh, formerly working as Additional Commissioner in Faridabad Municipal Corporation was arrested on the report of SIT constituted against him was arrested from his Gurugram residence allegedly accepted bribe for amount worth worth Rs 1.11 crore for allottment of a tender misusing his power. He was presently working aa Additional Resident Commissioner at Haryana Bhawan New Delhi on May 15, 2023. Another IAS officer D. Suresh allegedly allotted valuable land to a school at Gurugram out of the way when he was chief administrator officer of  Haryana  Urban Development Authority. However, he has submitted a writ in Punjab and Haryans High Court refusing allegations against him and stated hat he was falsely implicated in this case by ACB team.  
Among other senior bureaucrats trapped in ACB net include an IRS officer Dhiraj Garg a former Additional Excise & Taxation Commissioner against whom a complaint was lodged by ACB with police, when Garg stated in the court of Justice GS Gill in the High Court that he was implicated in the case falsely merely on the statement of Sanjeev Goswami  whereas ACB failed to find any clue against him in-spite of 22 raids againstr him which was not even mentioned in the charge-sheet submitted by ACB and he was falsely implicated in corruption case merely on the basis of a statement. Sudhir Parmar a Judge special CBI court Panchkula was suspended by the government on the basis of as many as seven audio recordings when he was alleged accepted over Rs 5 crore bribe from real estate companies including M3M and IREO for which ACB also submitted Watts up chattings and recordings in mobile phone of his nephew Ajay Parmar also working in a real estate company. However, on the basis of allegations, Watta up chattings and date of mobile phone recordings Parmar was suspended by the government on 27th April 2023, although he refuses allegations against him false while talking to media persons.
