Chandigarh, 26 September 2018 (Kulbir Singh Kalsi): The Moti Ram Arya Senior Secondary Model School Sector-27-A Chandigarh organized a rally on 26 September 2018 from school to nearly sector-19 market and residential area of sector-27, Chandigarh to create awareness about the “Swacchta Hi sewa“ The NSS Volunteers & Eco Club members along with Mrs. Savita Arya Incharge participated very enthusiastically in this rally. The NSS in-charge, Mrs. Meenu Sood motivated the students and lead them. The general public cheered the students and also applauded them for their great efforts creative posters were also made by the students to educate the people. The NSS volunteers started cleaning sector-19 market which inspired the general public to pick up the litter from that area and clean it. The students also raised slogans to motivate the people to keep their surroundings clean. The principal of the school Mrs Saroj Savant praised the students for their gesture and motivated them to continue their efforts to make India clean and green.
