Special Task Force of Hisar police arrested two drug smugglers
identified as Manjit alias   Kalia resident of Prem Nagar Bhiwani and
Sandesh Kumar alias Golu resident of Friends Colony Rohtak and during
search recovered 2 kg 100 gm heroine. Police on a information stopped
Hundai car on a barrier at NH-9 near village Kharawa in Rohtak
district and during search recovered drugs of value worth crores kept
in face masks. IMP police station registered a case against both and
produced before duty magistrate remanded both to police custody for
five days. During preliminary investigation both admitted brought
drugs from a Nigerian supplier residing at Uttam Nagar New Delh for
onward supply at Bhiwani and Rohtaki.
Meanwhile, on the information of a drug smuggler Ashwani resident of
village Khedad near Barwala in Haryana from whom one kg heroine was
seized a couple of days ago police arrested a Nigerian identified as
Frank Josef a bulk drug supplier at Uttam Nagar New Delhi.
