Wearing black costumes during Lok Sabha session surprising, generally worn at a sad occasion : Anil Vij

Ambala: In reply to a question during interaction with media persons here as regard few political leaders from opposition were seen wearing black costumes during recent Lok Sabha session, Haryana Home & Health Minister Anil Vij expressing surprise said that he fails to understand why such leaders were seen wearing black costumes, usually worn during a sad occasions.
Pointing over an anti-ruling government  statement by Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda, leader of opposition in Haryana Vidhan Sabha and former Haryana chief Minister, Vij said why to comment on others when Congress itself is divided not only in groups but also in pieces, as such has failed to form a unit in the state since a long times inspite of the fact next Lok Sabha as well as Vidhan Sabha polls approaching, when BJP will show them mirror third time like in past two occasions due to increasing rift between their senior leaders, as seen party’s senior leaders Kumari Shelja, Randeep Surjewala and Kiran Chaudhary are on way to east and Hooda Saheb hiself marching ahead towards south divided in groups.

Vij said that ruling state government in Haryana is making all efforts to fight flood situation in the state and provide immediate relied to flood affected people as well as farmers suffered heavy crops loss and provide them immediate compensation towards losses suffered by them. He said an amount worth Rs 4 lakh is being given to those lost life of a member in the family as an immediate relief. Vij said that a group of local industry owners met him a couple of days ago demanding extra time to file GST and Income Tax returns to avoid fines, since their records have been destroyed in floods, for which  he has referred matter to concerned department for necessary action.

Vij said that he has visited area on both sides of Tangri river along with a team of officers flowing inside Ambala Cantt in which those living in residential colonies on the side of river are worst affected due to river water arriving from surrounding hilly areas and it was observed that water started overflowing on both side of the river bcause of the sand accumulated on the river bed due to ban over mining by the government since a long times and will take up matter with the concerned departments to lift the sand from river bed, enabling river bed to get deeper, at the same time raise the level higher on both sides of the river to avoid overflowing of water from the river in future.

Vij said that Haryana ruling government believes in uniform civil code irrespective of caste, religion and community of a person as such there is no need to form a particular law in this respect. He said, people belonging to every religion, caste and community are treated similar in the state. Vij said, there are fof people in the habit of raising objections and are born for creating obstacles as seen recently when few political leaders were seen wearing black costumes in a recent Lok  Sabha session  as if they have come to attend a sad procession.
