Question also arises how it is possible that so many trucks left with goods from the government warehouse and rice mill and no one even got a whiff of their conspiracy and under present circumstances it is not possible, only a food supply inspector can carry out such a huge fraud of value worth crores of rupees alone. But police are considering him the main mastermind in both these cases, because he was earlier arrested red handed by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on 8 December 2021 with 20 thousand rupees in a bribery case in Palwal also. Not only this, accused Dubey was also suspended in a similar case in Kalka and despite all this, the government authorities gave Vinod Dubey the responsibility of stocks worth crores and made him the caretaker of wheat and rice stocks of such a huge value. In this case, police had registered a case against Dubey on January 28, but the action on this FIR was not taken by Naraingarh police station for several days.
